The terms that govern use of the RecolorPro website, editor, subscriptions, payments, downloads, and support process.

1. Service Description
RecolorPro provides an online editor that helps users recolor or change the color of objects, areas, and selected parts in images, GIFs, and videos. The service may include upload tools, preview tools, color replacement controls, subscription plans, downloads, account features, support, and related website features.
RecolorPro is a digital service. No physical product is shipped. Results depend on file quality, selected colors, file type, browser performance, server load, and user settings.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account.
RecolorPro may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access if account information is inaccurate, payment is invalid, usage violates these terms, or activity creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.
3. Pricing, Plans, and Subscriptions
Pricing, plan names, billing terms, usage limits, watermark rules, upload limits, and included features are displayed on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. The prices shown at checkout control the amount charged for that purchase.
Paid plans may be offered monthly, yearly, or for another available billing term. Monthly usage quotas reset on a recurring monthly basis and unused quota does not roll over unless explicitly stated.
Taxes, payment processor rules, bank fees, exchange rates, or card issuer fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.
4. Delivery and Service Timeline
Access to digital subscription features is normally delivered immediately after successful payment and account activation. The editor is available through the browser once access checks are complete.
File processing begins after upload and after the user clicks Transform. Processing time varies by file size, file type, number of files, server load, internet connection, and selected settings. GIF and video processing may take longer than image processing.
If payment succeeds but plan access is not activated, contact support@recolorpro.com with your account email and payment details so we can investigate.
5. User Files and Permissions
You must own or have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for every file you upload, edit, recolor, download, or share through RecolorPro.
You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, selling, distributing, or relying on them. RecolorPro does not guarantee that outputs will be defect-free, legally compliant, commercially suitable, or accepted by any third party.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use RecolorPro for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, privacy-invasive, malicious, or unauthorized activity. You may not attempt to bypass quotas, payment checks, upload restrictions, security controls, or technical limits.
You may not upload files that you do not have the right to use or content that creates legal, safety, security, reputational, or operational risk for RecolorPro or others.
7. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payments are handled through Paddle and any payment methods Paddle makes available at checkout. By paying, you agree to the applicable payment provider terms as well as RecolorPro policies.

8. Customer Support Process
Support is available by email at support@recolorpro.com and through the Contact page. Please include your account email, plan, payment reference if relevant, file type, browser/device, and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to respond to support requests as quickly as practical. Typical response targets are 2 to 4 business hours for standard issues, but response times may vary based on volume, complexity, time zone, and third-party provider availability.
9. Availability and Changes
RecolorPro may change, pause, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the service, including features, quotas, pricing logic, file limits, storage windows, payment methods, and support availability.
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, upgrades, provider outages, server load, network failures, security events, or other events outside RecolorPro's control.
10. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
RecolorPro is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecolorPro disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecolorPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, business, reputational, data-loss, profit-loss, or third-party damages arising from use of the service.
